The village went agog in traditional display of their cultural heritage to the admiration of indigines,Visitors Notable and influential people from the State and beyond.

Highlight of the event was when some notable masquerade came onstage to display what they know how best to do .

This brought a lot of cheers and sense of heritage to indigines, especially those that came back from far and near to celebrate chrismax at home. Also visitors equally shared in this exitement as can be seen from their faces as they cheer, run and equally play with some of the harmless masquerade running and moving from one place to another in serch of those that will give them some token.

Those providing various services had a field day as their shops were filled to brim with buyers of various wares in display. Eatery houses as well as Beer parlors were not left out in profiting from the event.

In deed, the event as you can see pulled so many people together and deserve serious sponsorship from Imo state Government as a Tourism attraction to the state.

Agbala people should be encouraged by puting the event in Imo State ourism Callendar so that people from different parts of the world can make propper plan to visit Nigeria, especially Agbala in Owerri North.

Note also that Obibi people will celebrate their own tomorrow, 4th Jan, 2017.
